For Tallulah resident LaTonya Thomas, cutting the ribbon on her new practice Monday afternoon, March 14, on Beech Street was “a dream come true” and one she has been working toward for years.
Thomas, who says she has worked in practically every field and at every level nursing offers, decided to open G&M Healthcare Services, LLC in her hometown after years of working in fields ranging from pediatrics to long term care. Now, she will be offering an array of services under the umbrella of a general practice, all while practicing the values her company is named after - grace and mercy.
Thomas said she will also be working toward offering free clinics in the future for locals who many not be able to otherwise afford health care.
G&M Healthcare is now open at 805 N. Beech Street, Suite 3 in Tallulah, directly across the street from the Tallulah-Madison Community Center.
