No Guns Know God, an annual community awareness event coordinated by Amerihealth Caritas Louisiana on the Move, the City of Tallulah and the Tallulah Police Department, will be held from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Sat., Aug. 19, with family fitness and community resources, free haircuts, a live DJ, face painting, door prizes and free food and fresh fruit.
A peace rally will begin at 9:30 a.m. with a march starting at Madison Apartments. The main event will take place at Wright Elementary School, located at 809 Wyche Street in Tallulah.
