Call to Order: Mayor Pro-Tem Walter Cobb. Establish a quorum. Open with a silent prayer, Pledge of allegiance .
Roll Call: Mayor Preston Walker Absent, Councilman/Mayor Pro-tem Walter Cobb X, Councilwoman Margaret Leoty X, Councilman Curt Collins Absent, Village Clerk Gen Ellis X.

Open Discussion, Ms. Rundell asked Council how the progress of abating the dog situation in the Village is, she also inquired if the Past – Due Sewer bill collections have been addressed.
Motion to approve the minutes from the last meeting June 20, 2023 was made by Councilman Walter Cobb, seconded by Councilman Margaret Leoty. Motion Carried.
Motion to approve the Financial Statements as paid for the month of June 2023, was made by Councilman Margaret Leoty, seconded by Councilman Walter Cobb. Motion Carried.
New Business: Civic Center rent increase: Motion to INCREASE the CIVIC CENTER DAILY RENT TO $325.00 A DAY AND $100.00 REFUNDABLE MAINENTANCE DEPOSIT. DEPOSIT MAY BE PICKED-UP 4 DAYS AFTER THE EVENT IF THERE IS NO DAMAGE DONE DURING THE EVENT. ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE UPON BOOKING. Vote: Councilman Margaret Leoty yea. Councilman Walter Cobb yea. Motion Carried.
There being no further business, meeting was adjourned.
