Public Comments on the Agenda, None.
Motion to approve minutes from the previous meeting: April 18,2023, was made by Councilman Margaret Leoty, seconded by Councilman Walter Cobb. Motion carried.
Motion to approve the Financial Statements as paid for the month of April 2023 was made by Councilman Walter Cobb, seconded by Councilman Margaret Leoty. Motion Carried.
New Business:
Memorandum of Understanding between Christian Acres and City of Richmond. Motion was made by Councilman Curt Collins, seconded by Councilman Walter Cobb to send a copy of the Christian Acres Memorandum of Understanding between Christian Acre Youth Center and City of Richmond Civic Center for legal opinion on behalf of the Village of Richmond. Vote: yeas 3 nays 0 absent 0. Motion carried
7. Discussion of upcoming LRWA Annual Luncheon. Oak Grove LMA District C Meeting and LMA 86th Annual Convention,
