BOARD MEETING
December 20, 2022
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF DELTA HELD its Regular meeting at Delta City Hall on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. Present were Mayor Marvin Ashley, Council Members, Kathy Davis, Pam Stokes, Stephanie Edleston and Clerk Susan Peterson.
Council Member Stokes, made a motion seconded by Council Member Edleston, to dispense with the minutes from the last meeting. Yeas 3 Nays 0 Motion carried.
The Council Members reviewed the Expense Reports and Budget for the Month of November.
Council Member Stokes, made a motion seconded by Council Member Edleston, to approve the bills paid in November 2022. Yeas 3 Nays 0 Motion carried.
Mayor Ashley updated the Council Members on Vernon Beckham’s Service Truck situation.
Mayor Ashley updated the Council Members on the status of the sewer loan by Communities Unlimited.
New Business:
Mayor Ashley discussed with the Council Members the possibility of water issues with the extreme cold weather moving into our area in the next few days.
Council Member Stokes, made a motion seconded by Council Member Edleston, to approve the Village of Delta Holiday Schedule for 2023. Yeas 3 Nays 0 Motion carried.

Mayor Ashley updated the Council Members on the Inspection that was conducted by the Department of Health & Hospital.
