On March 17, 2022, Agents came into contact with John Sevier Lee, Jr. and Ajuania Hicks via traffic stops. Agents also executed a search warrant at 800 South Walnut St., Tallulah, LA. A large amount of illegal narcotics, U.S. currency, and firearms were located during the traffic stop. Agents located powder cocaine, crack cocaine, digital scales, supplies believed to be used for processing powder cocaine to crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, Ecstasy tablets, and numerous clear plastic bags for packaging narcotics at the residence. Agents seized and are seeking to forfeit the following items under the Controlled Dangerous Substance Act of 1989: Top Hat trailer, Can-Am 570, Yamaha Grizzly, 2002 Maroon Chevrolet Silverado 1500 & U.S. currency. An owner or interest holder may file a claim or stipulation of exemption in accordance with LSA-R.S. 40:2610. Claims must be filed within 30 days of this notice and be in affidavit form under penalty of perjury and false swearing. Claims must be sent to the Sixth Judicial District Attorney’s Office (P.O. Box 1389, Tallulah, LA 71282) and Madison Parish Sheriff’s Office (100 North Cedar St., Tallulah, LA 71282) via certified mail.
