By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 9 day of FEBRUARY 2022, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:
TRACT I:
East one half (E 1/2) of Lot 10 of Kimbro Fairgrounds Addition to the City of Tallulah.
TRACT II:
Lot Eleven (11) of Kimbrough Fair Ground Addition to the Village of Tallulah, Louisiana.
Together with any and all present and future buildings, constructions, component parts, improvements, attachments, appurtenances, fixtures, rights, ways, privileges, advantages, batture, and batture rights, servitudes and easements of every type and description, now and/or in the future relating to the Property, and any and all items and fixtures attached to and/or forming integral or component parts of the Property in accordance with the Louisiana Civil Code.
The property or its address is commonly known as 1021 KIMBROUGH AVENUE, TALLULAH, LA 71282.
TERMS OF SALE: For cash to the highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement.
