By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 16 day of NOVEMBER 2022, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:
Lot Number Four (4) of the plat of survey for Fred Frazier, prepared by James E. Morse, Registered Land Surveyor #283, located in Section Twenty-three (23), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Ten (10) East, Madison Parish, Louisiana, as per plat recorded in Conveyance Book “13” at page 231, together with all buildings and improvements situated thereon.
TERMS OF SALE: For cash to the highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement.
