Notice is hereby given that I completed the listing of all property in the Parish of Madison and have estimated the values thereon and that said listings will be exposed in the Madison Parish Tax Assessor’s Office for a period of 15 calendar days, beginning August 25, 2022, and ending September 15, 2022. Hours for public inspection are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Taxpayers desiring to examine their assessments are required to come by the Madison Parish Tax Assessor’s Office, Madison Parish Courthouse, Tallulah, Louisiana 71282 during the said 15 days. Please note that taxpayers must submit all information regarding the value of their properties to the assessor before the deadline for filing an appeal with the Parish Board of Review. Appeals must be filed seven days prior to the meeting of the Board of Review. The failure to submit such information may prevent a taxpayer from relying on that information, should such protest a taxable value.
