By virtue of a WRIT OF FIERI FACIAS to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 26 day of APRIL 2023, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:
BLOCK TWO (2) OF LOT THREE (3) OF THE W. A. COOPER PECAN GROVE SUBDIVISION, TALLULAH, MADISON PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON.
