By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 25 day of JANUARY 2023, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:

The Easterly One-Half of Lots One (1) and Three (3) of Block Six (6) of the Schicker Addition to the Village of Tallulah, Madison Parish, Louisiana, together with all buildings and improvements thereon.
