By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 28 day of JUNE 2023, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:
All of Lots Thirty-one (31) and Thirty-two (32) of the Cypress Shores Estates Subdivision on Bear Lake in Madison Parish, Louisiana, including the continuation of said lot the waters of edge of Bear Lake, all as shown by plat of said subdivision prepared by Henry M. Messinger, register land surveyor, recorded in the records of Madison Parish, Louisiana, in Conveyance Book “QQ” at page 560. Together with all buildings and improvements thereon. It is understood however, that the title is only warranted to Lots 31 and 32 and not the continuation of said parcel of the waters edge of Bear Lake; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
TERMS OF SALE: For cash to the highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement.
