By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 21 day of JUNE 2023, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:
A parcel of ground measuring 100 feet by 125 feet fronting 100 feet on the Easterly side of Ella Street and running back between parallel lines, one of which is the Southerly boundary line of Second Street (now DeSoto Street), a distance of 125 feet, and forming part of Lot 205 of Johnson’s Eastern Addition to the Village of Tallulah as shown by plat of said addition prepared by F. D. Bull in the year 1928. Together with all buildings and improvements thereon.
TERMS OF SALE: For cash to the highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement.
