By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 8 day of DECEMBER 2021, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:
Lot Four (4) of Block Twenty-four (24) of the Third Extension of W.A. Cooper Subdivision to the Village of Tallulah, Madison Parish, Louisiana, said lot measuring 60 feet on Louisiana Street by a depth between parallel lines of 150 feet; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
TERMS OF SALE: For cash to the highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement.
