By virtue of a WRIT OF FIERI FACIAS to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 12 day of OCTOBER 2022, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:
Lot twenty-three (23) of Block “D” of W. A. Cooper’s Meadow Grove Subdivision to Tallulah, Madison Parish, Louisiana, as shown on plat filed in plat book “SS” page 240, records of Madison Parish, Louisiana, subject to all easements servitudes, restrictions and rights of way affecting same, being in the Parish of Madison, being in the State of Louisiana.
TERMS OF SALE: For cash to the highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement.
