President Samuel Dixon called the Special Board meeting of the Madison Parish School Board to order on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 5:30 p. m. at the Madison Parish Training Center (Board Meeting Room), 600 Bayou Drive, Tallulah, Louisiana by asking for a moment of silent prayer. The audience recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

District 1: Mr. Jeff Wilson Present
District 2: Mrs. Mary Presley Absent
District 3: Mr. Samuel Dixon Present
District 4: Ms. Sharon Jackson Present
District 5: Mr. Darrell D. Sims Present
District 6: Rev. Oscar Hamilton Present
District 7: Mrs. Lisa Johnson Present
District 8: Mrs. Marguerite Hargrave Present
A motion was made by Mr. Sims and seconded by Reverend Hamilton to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
On motion of Reverend Hamilton and seconded by Mr. Sims, the board voted to deposit a CD into the General Fund to disperse ESSER stipends. Motion carried.
On motion of Reverend Hamilton and seconded by Ms. Jackson, the board voted to pay ESSER fund stipends to current employees as soon as possible. Motion carried.
On motion of Reverend Hamilton and seconded by Ms. Jackson, the special board meeting was adjourned. Motion carried.
