Superintendent Charlie Butler called the Facilities/ Transportation Committee meeting of the Madison Parish School Board to order at 5:30 p. m. on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at the Madison Parish Training Center (Board Meeting Room), 600 Bayou Drive, Tallulah, Louisiana by asking for a moment of silent prayer. The audience recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

Mr. Henry Harris nominated Mr. Dave Wilson to serve as Chairperson for the Finance/Insurance Committee. There were no other nominations for chairperson. Mr. Wilson will serve as Chairperson for the committee for 2022.
The committee discussed about an interest that wants to buy McCall Jr. High School.

The committee discussed the projects for the Madison Parish Schools. No action taken.
On motion of Mr. Sims and seconded by Reverend Hamilton, the committee meeting was adjourned.
