Advertisement for Bids – ER Lights
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Madison Parish Hospital Service District d/b/a Madison Parish Hospital (MPH), 900 Johnson Street, Tallulah, LA 71282, for ER Lights as delineated in the bid documents:
Bids will be marked as follows:
ER Lights
Opening: January 4th, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. C.S.T.
The bid is for the purchase of ER Lights for the new MPH hospital facility.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above stated time and date in the Lobby Conference Room of the Madison Parish Hospital Building.
Complete bidding documents may be obtained from the Administrative Offices of MPH located at 900 Johnson Street, Tallulah, LA 71782 or on the MPH website at http://www.madisonparishhospital.com. Specifications shall be available to bidders the day of the first advertisement and until 24 hours before bid opening date.
MPH reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212 (a)(1)(b), the provisions and requirements of this section, those stated in the Advertisement for Bids, and those required on the bid form shall not be waived by any public entity.
