Notice is hereby given that on September 15, 2023, a filing made by Entergy Louisiana, LLC (“ELL”), a public utility providing retail electric and gas service throughout the State of Louisiana, with the Louisiana Public Service Commission (“LPSC”) its Modification of Schedule REP (the “Modification”) appeared in the LPSC’s Official Bulletin. The Modification asks the LPSC for approval to modify ELL’s Schedule REP to remove solar photovoltaic and solar thermal generation options from the generation resources eligible to participate in Schedule REP. The Modification will not result in a change in rates.
