REQUEST FOR PRICING PROPOSALS FROM CONTRACTORS
The City of Tallulah is requesting Competitive Pricing Proposals for Contractor Services related to its Oxidation Pond Aeration Improvements Project, a federally funded “ARPA” project. Prime Contractors will submit detailed price proposals on the form provided. Sub-contractors will submit qualifications on the form provided. The project scope includes the acquisition and installation of floating aerators, the replacement of electrical panels and wiring, the construction of a housing unit for electrical panels, and related trenching, contouring, and/or earthwork as required.
Proposals are due no later than March 15, 2022, at 3:00 pm. A non-mandatory proposers and subcontractors meeting will be held on February 16, 2022, at 10:30 am at Tallulah City Hall, 204 North Cedar Street, Tallulah, LA 71282. Prime and subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend. Preregistration online at https://lamats.eauctionservices.com to attend the meeting is strongly encouraged.

Proposals will be accepted electronically only at https://lamats.eauctionservices.com. There is no cost to submit proposals. Administrative charges may apply to an awarded prime bidder. Proposals or qualifications from certified minority, women owned, and other qualified enterprises are encouraged.
Questions concerning the scope of the proposed project shall be addressed at the proposers meeting and followed up through addenda to the electronic solicitation.
