AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF TALLULAH PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE
WHEREAS, the City of Tallulah has hired a Property Code enforcement officer to enforce the City’s Property Maintenance Code;
WHEREAS, the original Section 111.2 set up a Board Appeals consisting of various persons, who no longer wish to serve on the Board;
THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, that the City of Tallulah amends its Property Maintenance Code Section 111.2 – MEMBERSHIP OF BOARD to read as follows:
SECTION 111.2 – MEMBERSHIP OF BOARD
The Mayor, with approval of the City Council, shall appoint the Board of Appeals. The Board of Appeals shall consist of the following appointed members:
Two Members of the Tallulah Town Council
The following Ordinance having previously been introduced on ______________, 2022 and a public hearing held on ______________, 2022 was affirmed by Councilman _____________ and seconded by Councilman _______________ to adopt said ordinance.
