The second annual God Over Violence Golf Classic will take place Fri., June 18, 2021, at Black Bear Golf Club, located at 253 Black Bear Drive in Delhi.
The event will include a two-man scramble with a 9:30 a.m. shotgun start.
Entry fees are $125 for individual players and $100 for veterans (veterans must provide proof of service to earn entry discount). Teams must confirm entry by Fri., June 11. Check-in is 8:30 a.m. Fri., June 18.
Cash prizes will be awarded, with $200 going to the first-place winner and $100 to second place.
Sponsors for the event include Carlos Ford Ministries, The Madison Journal, Ewell Investments, EP, the Madison Parish Sheriff’s Office and The Tallulah Police Department.
Those wishing to donate or sponsor may do so via Zelle, personal check, cashier’s check or money order and will receive names and/or logos on flyers for “God Over Violence” events.
Donation and sponsor spots available include Platinum level - $1,000; Gold - $750; Silver - $500; Bronze - $250; or another of your the donation maker/sponsor’s choice.
