Mr. Charles Edward Rash, 76, passed away Thursday, December 25, 2025, at Richland Parish Hospital in Delhi, Louisiana. He was born August 30, 1949, in Tallulah, Louisiana, to Earl and Lois Smith Rash.
Edward was a Vietnam veteran and served his country proudly. He retired from Pine Bluff Sand & Gravel as a dredge boat captain after 35 years of service. Ed loved going fishing and hunting with his kids and grandkids, and he loved watching his LSU Tigers and Dallas Cowboys.
Mr. Rash is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Lois Rash; wife, Millie Rash; and sisters, Alice Lawery, Peggy Ann Tullos, and Betty Wright.
Mr. Rash is survived by his son, Lance Rash; daughter, Nikki Johnson (Todd); grandchildren, Tyler Jennings (Hannah), Caleb Rash, Raigan Rash, and Railiegh Rash, great grandchildren, Emersyn Jennings, Brilynn Jennings, and Elliot Jennings; brothers, Wayne Rash, Bill Rash (Joan), and Bub Rash (Diane); and sisters, Carolyn Tamburo (Jim), JoAnn Tennant (Eddie), and Helen Rash.
Funeral services for Mr. Rash were held Tuesday, at 3:00 PM, December 30, 2025, at Crothers Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah, Louisiana, with Bro. Casey Johnson officiating. Visitation began at 2:00 PM. Burial followed at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah.
