The Madison Parish Police Jury will receive sealed bids and open same at 10:00 A.M., local time, December 8, 2025 in the Police Jury Office, Courthouse Building, Tallulah, LA 71282, for the following items and/or services to be purchased during the 2026 calendar year:
Asphaltic Concrete
Hot Mix
Cold Mix
Treated Timber Material
Culverts (including plastic and railroad cars)
Fuels, Oil, Grease and Lubes
Grader Blades
Asphaltic Materials
Wire Rope
Crushed Limestone
Aggregates
Railroad Tank, Flat and Box Cars
Hauling
The bidder will be required to quote prices per the bid form, which can be obtained at the Police Jury Office. Successful bidder must abide by the stated terms of the bid. Deliveries will be per the Jury’s needed amounts.
All bids are to be sealed and material bid upon clearly written on outside of envelope.
The Police Jury reserves the right to accept or reject any /or all bids. Item omissions and bidder marked alterations to the bid forms will be justification for bid disqualification or rejection by the Police Jury.
